On the Website (www.proofip.se/com) IP CASE AB provides PROOFIP services, including but not limited to the timestamping of digital data, the verification of digital data, the issuance of a document certifying that digital data existed at a particular time (Services).
Personal data is any piece of information, which can be traced back to a specific individual user and thus potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate that specific individual or any sensitive information. Examples of Personal data include names, telephone numbers, social security numbers, credit card numbers and other unique identifiers.
This Privacy policy sets out the basis on which any Personal data that IP CASE AB (hereinafter called also as "we") collects from you (hereinafter called also as "User") or that you provide, will be processed.
IP CASE AB is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection of Personal data. Personal data processed by PROOFIP is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

For the purpose of the GDPR, IP CASE AB is a Controller and Processor of Personal data.

Personal data of the User is collected, processed, and stored in a fair and legitimate manner, for the sole purpose of providing the Services. Under no circumstances the User's Personal data will be used for other incompatible purposes.
Users choosing to use the Services are required to register and create an account through the Services. In order to register and create an account, we ask any such User to provide information including, but not limited to, that person's name, email address, and location. To fulfill requests for the relevant services and digital certificates, the User may be asked to enter email address, physical address, phone number, credit card information and/or organizational details or other personal information, that will be reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
IP CASE AB may collect information about User’s available IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about browsing actions and does not identify any individual.
IP CASE AB may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file. Cookies help us to improve our Website and to deliver better and more personalized services. IP CASE AB may use web analytics products to collect various information about browsing the Website, including the login name, visitor IP address information, time spent on the Website and so on.

Personal data of the User is only retained for the time that is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. We will not make any credit card information available to anyone except for third party companies we partner with to process credit card payments.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
We use Personal data and any other information provided by Users through the Service for internal purposes, such as providing the Service, administration and marketing.

- IP CASE AB has the right for the purposes of performing a Subscriber Agreement or ensuring its performance to disclose the data to third parties, including credit information and other persons handling debt claims, also to legal advisers, if required for investigating the illegal use of the Services or for legal proceedings;
- The User gives his/her written consent to disclose the information to other third parties.
We are also legally obliged to give certain public authorities information. These are criminal investigation authorities, public authorities, which prosecute administrative offences entailing fines and the finance authorities.
IP CASE AB confirms that it will only disclose Personal data to third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
Every time Personal data are transferred to third parties to the extent prescribed, IP CASE AB will ensure that this is done in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the relevant data protection laws.
YOUR RIGHTS
According to the GDPR, a person has the right to get access his/her Personal data, as well as to request about rectification, deletion, transfer and restriction of processing. Any request for such action with Personal data collected for the Service must be directed by the User to IP CASE AB and justified.
The User will have access to Personal data and the ability to correct them, object to their processing or request their deletion, providing that this will not interfere with the achievement of the purpose for which the Personal data is processed for the User's activity on the Service.
Other rights, of objection and rectification will be actioned by us on request.
CHANGES OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY
IP CASE AB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, update, modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice to you. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of those changes.
Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
